Duties and Responsibilities
The embedded software team is looking for a new team member for our OTN-platform. OTN stands for Optical Transport Network. It is a technology used to transport large amounts of data over long distances using optical fibers. It also provides functionality for error correction, monitoring and management. The main activities will be to support our department to deliver and test their system by providing a stable and robust Dev-Sec-Ops environment.
Main activities
- Design and Maintain our DevSecOps-infrastructure
- Integrate infra with Company-wide DevSecOps-infra
- Configure security policies
- Maintain Gerrit ( Software Review System from Google )
- Maintain Jenkins-cluster
- Maintain Nexus-cluster
- Write / Maintain tooling ( pipelines / automation / integration )
- Propose monitoring for above instrastructure based on Grafana
- Be open to assume development tasks and learn more
Profile and skills
- 1-5 years of experience with dev-sec-ops
- Linux-knowhow ( Debian / Ubuntu ) – bash/shell
- Python-experience ( scripting / tooling / maintenance )
- Experience with Kanban Methodology or Scrum;
Technical knowledge
- Knowledge of GIT
- Gnu/Linux systems, tools/commands
- Languages: Shell (bash) / Python
- Intermediate to advanced English (conversation, writing)
- Part of the interview will be in English
Nice to have
- Experience in maintaining server-pools;
- Basic knowledge of libraries/components using autoconf/autotools;
- Knowledge of Jenkins or similar.
- Knowledge of Gitlab CI/CD / Gerrit or similar.
