We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Leader to join Ekinops APAC team. As a leader in CPE and Transport hardware and software solutions, we need an individual who will be responsible for driving business growth and developing relationships with Telco product management and engineering teams in South-East Asia.

Duties and Responsibilities  

As part of the Sales APAC EMEA team, reporting to the APAC Sales Director, you will:  

  • Work directly and through partners with Telco product management and engineering teams to co-create services for Enterprise and SMB segments utilizing Ekinops innovative CPE solutions. 
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets for infrastructure products like EAD and optical transport infrastructure. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts. 
  • Develop and implement sales plans and provide regular updates to the management team on progress. 
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. 

Profile and skills 


  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in selling and developing business in South-East Asia region. 
  • A degree in business or a related field is preferred. 
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
  • Must be based in one of the key countries in South-East Asia (Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, the Philippines). 

Technical knowledge 

  • Experience in Telco industry is a must. 

Behavioral indicators 

  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter. 
  • Aptitude for problem solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach). 
  • Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment. 
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. 


  • Senior: Fixed salary + variable
