Duties and Responsibilities

As part of the HR/People team, reporting to Group HR/People Director, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to identify selection criteria, competencies needed and design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Source potential candidates through online channels and attracts passive candidates
  • Plan interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews and prepare a candidate brief within an appropriate and consistent timeline
  • Coordinate external recruiters’ effort when used. (including fee negotiations)
  • Assess candidate information, competencies and cultural fit
  • Lead employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the HR/People team
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Focus on creating a great candidate experience
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Profile and skills

You are an autonomous, innovative, eager to contribute to creating a great candidate experience and have/are:

  • 5 years’ experience in Recruiter/Talent acquisition specialist role
  • Experience in international environment working in structured companies where Talent Acquisition is a best practice
  • Fluent in English
  • Continually seeking new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to hiring manager
  • Strong communication skills with a keen focus on delivering business results
  • Demonstrates high degree of ownership and accountability
