Duties and Responsibilities
As part of the Transport R&D Test and Requirement team, reporting to the Test team leader, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Contribute to user-stories created by the product owner
- Write test cases and implement automated test cases
- Perform manual tests for first run and not automatable tests
- Maintain the automatic test database
- Participate to test campaign based on automated test and manual test
- Problem identification, report and management
- Discuss problem resolution with software and/or hardware developers
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Active participation to Scrum ceremonies
- Contribute to test and development methodology improvement
- Contribute to build our CI/CD platform
Profile and skills
You are an autonomous, team player engineer with the following skills and experience:
General
- 5+ years as test engineer
- Fluent in both English and French (oral, written)
- Agile / Scrum methodology
Technical knowledge
- Good knowledge of tests environments
- Robot Framework, Robot Framework libraries web oriented
- JSON REST APIs
- GITlab
- Jira/Xray
- Python and Java Basic understanding
- Knowledge in continuous integration (GITLab CI)
- Basic knowledge of Linux
- Basic DWDM and OTN technologies knowledge
Behavioral indicators
- Capacity to work in collaborative agile environment
- Self-motivated, with good analytical skills
- Ability to work in an international environment
- Ability to drive issues root cause analysis with Software developers
