Duties and Responsibilities
In order to complete the existing team of software engineers, Ekinops is looking for an experienced development engineer with more than 5 years of experience, your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Software development and testing of web based network management products.
- Evaluation of different architectural and implementation approaches.
- Provide support to the customers for the operations of the solution, based on your in-depth knowledge of the software
- Disseminate your knowledge to help increase the skills and know-how of the team in your areas of expertise
Profile and skills
As a software Development engineer, you will have the following skills:
- Engineering and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Good understanding of HTTP/REST, Web Security, Virtualization, SDN, Linux concepts.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with any of the latest WebGUI technologies based on PHP (Laravel, Symfony, Eloquent), HTML5, CSS, Javascript or MVC frameworks.
- Working knowledge on charting libraries, maps, cross browser/device UI development.
- Good understanding MySQL, MariaDB databases.
- Good to have knowledge of these technologies: MicroServices, Docker, Kubernetes, MQTT or KAFKA, ACS/NMS/SD-WAN, HTTP, web security.
- Experience in a distributed team environment, with knowledge of git and CI practices (jenkins, gitlab).
- Excellent communication (oral, written), fluent in English.
- Experience working with multiple teams/distributed teams (preferably with India or China)
