Duties and Responsibilities
Within the Manufacturing department, for the Access portfolio, the industrial technician ensure the management of industrial files (BOM, drawing, assembly instructions, etc.).
Reporting to the Industrialization Team Leader, you will be responsible to create, distribute and maintain up to date these files towards Production plants.
Your main role will involve:
- Parts creation (MM) in SAP
- BOM creation (CS)
- Prepare and maintain procedures and work instructions to ensure a high level of quality and productivity (product assembly, packing instructions, palletization, etc)
- Work in close collaboration with the Industrial Project Manager, R&D and Production groups to prepare the manufacturing roll-out for new products
- Provide support to Production in case of questions
- Continuously keep the database up to date (creation, obsolescence, etc.)
- Distribute Manufacturing Change Note (MCN) to Production sites
You will be in charge of the maintenance and evolution of documentation throughout the product lifetime.
Profile and skills
Education level & general experience
- Have first experience with an MRP system
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Microsoft Office pack
- Fluency in technical English
- Ticketing system
- AutoCAD (2D sufficient)
