Duties and Responsibilities

As part of the Manufacturing and Supply chain team of 10 people, reporting to the Manufacturing and Supply chain manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

You will join the team in charge of repairs of the products of our customers returned following an RMA (return merchandise agreement) on the site of Lannion.

You will actively participate in the repair of the modules of the customer stock return (Repair)

You will be involved in the maintenance and operational development of the RMA platform testing tools

Profile and skills

You have a technical background (DUT/ Bac + 3) and an initial business experience

Knowledge of customer operating product environment, particularly telecom Standards and Protocols (DWDM / OTN) / Datacom (Ethernet/Fiber Channel) and Video
